Your RATIONAL cooking systems are just like your smartphone: Only by keeping your devices up to date and regularly updating software will you achieve the best possible performance and the highest security standards.

The software versions of RATIONAL units from March 2022 onwards contain new security certificates that guarantee the ongoing secure data exchange with ConnectedCooking. These certificates are required to use ConnectedCooking from August 2022.

Manual software update.

For RATIONAL units with a software version older than March 2022, perform a manual software update via RATIONAL USB flash drive to connect with ConnectedCooking. After that, you can execute software updates easily and automatically via ConnectedCooking.
